dr minna miettinen, principal dentist, bds, mClindent (prosthodontics), gdc no 82668

Minna qualified from the University of Helsinki, Finland in 2001, and later  completed a four year Master's degree in Prosthodontics with distinction at King's College, London in 2011, thus allowing her to treat more complex cases including the management of tooth wear and extensive crown and bridgework as well as advanced cosmetic dentistry. The complex cases are not the only treatment she provides, as Minna enjoys all aspects of modern dentistry and particularly loves seeing children. With her gentle and caring manner, Minna ensures all her patients are treated in the same way she would wish her family to be treated.

Minna has been the owner of Elstead Dental Surgery since 2014. She is passionate about providing the best care for all the patients who visit the surgery. and her vision to provide friendly and caring dentistry to all, is the main ethos of the practice.

Dr AMIN MIhramane BDS, MFDS (rcs), PGDip (Implant), GDC No 264751

Amin qualified in 2016 from University of Manchester. He has a special interest in Implant Dentistry and Oral Surgery having completed a diploma in Implantology in addition to other post-graduate education. Amin has worked in hospital settings alongside expert head and neck surgeons gaining competency in a broad spectrum of minor oral surgery procedures.

Amin is a calm and understanding dentist who takes great pride in his work - whether this is simply a routine check up or more complex procedures.

Liezel Janse van Rensburg, Dental Hygienist, GDC NO 303247

Liezel qualified at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2001. She brings a wealth of experience in helping patients to maintain good oral health and has a keen interest in treating people with more severe gum disease. Liezel also has over 20 years experience in various teeth whitening procedures.

Liezel's extremely warm and welcoming manner exudes compassion and kindness, always keen to place the patient at ease.

In her spare time, Liezel puts her nurturing nature to good use through her enjoyment of gardening, especially growing her own food.

DR GURPREET ATHWAL, BDS, GDC NO 82348

Having qualified in Sheffield in 2003, Gurpreet has forged an impressive career encompassing General Practice and working in hospitals, taking s specialist interest in Restorative Dentistry and Oral Surgery. In 2016 she undertook a Masters programme in Restorative Dentistry, ensuring her skills are attuned with the most advanced techniques of dental surgery. This was followed by a post graduate certificate in Osseointegrated Implantology in 2017.

Gurpreet is renowned for her gentle manner with nervous patients and prides herself on providing clinical excellence by offering minimally invasive solutions. Gurpreet also provides cosmetic dentistry, working with patients to improve their smile whilst keeping their teeth and gums healthy.

dr bhavin pitamber bds, msc (clin perio), gdc no 78285

Bhavin qualified at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2000, with merit awards in General Medicine, General Surgery and Operative Denistry. In 2006, he embarked on formal postgraduate studies, which culminated in an MSc in Clinical Periodontology (2010).

His areas of interest includes surgical periodontology, with regenerative and reparative procedures, in particular soft tissue grafting procedures, treatment of gingival recessions and mucogingival surgery. 

In addition, Bhavin has been involved in restorative implant dentistry since 2002, and has extensive experience in complex implant cases and several different implant systems. =

Stephanie Ward - Practice Manager

Steph is our very friendly and approachable Practice Manager, who co-ordinates the administrative support for the team and plays an essential role in directing practice staff and resources. She ensures that all services are provided to a very high standard.
